Hello and welcome to the Shoujo Manga club for all those who love and support shoujo manga all the way through. This is club is for showing artists` perspectives on shoujo manga, expressing opinions, contests, competitions, etc. Enjoy! ^^

NEW UPDATE- JANUARY 10, 2005: Please don't send in any more join notes/art submission notes at this time. Our inbox is a little more than full right now, and we'll do the best we can to reply to everything. In the meantime, we probably won't have a lot of time on our hands to update very much with more art, so please don't submit any more notes until we give the okay. ^^

Wow, it's been such a long time since I logged into this club. -_- I'm so sorry- I took a hiatus since October, and I came back very recently. I will try to answer all the notes and comments as soon as possible. We've become quite the static club, and we don't want that to happen- I will try to make sure that I update every once in awhile. *writes down in planner* However, school has made me more than busy, and I have to start taking high school entry tests in a month or so @_@ I'll try to update as much as I can. Like I stated above, please don't send in any more joining/art submission notes at this time. We have waaaaay too many in our inbox as it is, and once we give the okay in a journal update, you can start submitting again.

However, please do keep drawing shoujo art and maybe saving them to submit later.

Like I said, I'll try to update ASAP, and I hope you stay active, even though we haven't. @_@

This club has been brought under my attention. I'm sorry for neglecting it and neglecting all of those who applied (the inbox is so full!!!!) Excuse me, especially since it was I who started this entire thing. But it seems like my two admins are pretty busy as well.

I'm going to be starting junior year in HS, aka the year where I take SATs, HSPAs, and start my portfolios, apply to colleges, etc. So please bare with me for now on. I'll add everyone who has asked to join this club very soon. Please be patient.

If you guys choose to stay as an active member of this club, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS JOURNAL ENTRY. Otherwise, I will remove your names.

Happy New Year's Eve, minna-san. I hope 2003 was a good year for you all ^^. I'd like to welcome our newest administrator to the club, . She's a hardworking girl already, and a good artist at that, thank you so much <3.

We're already planning our next contest. I've noticed how many members have been so active and that really means a lot (we'll get your art posted up soon). I hope all of you participate in our next contest!! Until later ~

Hey everyone!!! Lots of news lately, so listen up!!!! (And I'm gonna do it Mee-style ) First off, we would like to welcome our latest administrator, ~ hapchess!!! She has already introduced herself below, and done a GREAT job organizing the club list. Thanks for working so hard ^^

Next, I'm sort of taking over for ~mieki for a little bit...well, at least today. I was looking over the notes and entry notes last night, and it dawned on Mieki and me that the club was starting to become more active~!!!! So we're going to make a contest soon, I just hope more of you participate than last time Also, we are really, really sorry for not looking at your entry notes soon. We hadn't logged in in awhile, and I guess the notes just kind of built up while we were 'gone'.

A lot of these picture entries were Christmas entries, and I logged in yesterday, which was obviously after Christmas....If anyone who entered a picture before Christmas would still like their picture posted, please send us a note with the link one more time. Thank you! That's all for now, but we'll keep you updated with that contest ^^ Stay active!

Hi guys. I'm a new admin here and I'm very happy to work here for all of you guys.... Today is the last day of the year and I'm staying till midnight :airborn: Yay... hopefully after midnight I'm still awake ... So I decide to put some time updating this...
